Day 16
B - Chicken & coconut milk smoothie & Americano
L - Salmon Cake and left over chicken salad
S - Chicken salad in bell pepper & a pear
D - Salmon Cake and Stir-fried Veggies with Coconut Ammino's ( I just threw all my veggies that were getting ready to go bad in the pot) It was terrific.
Had a really good Crossfit workout - I squatted - ok it was only body weight + 25lbs and it was to a box - but come on it's been years since I did that! I also rowed and stretched a bunch. I have a fair amount of energy and am excited for this week. I am starting to feel like my old self, ready for some challenges in the gym and at work, feeling energetic about life in general. I have a job interview on Thursday, the job would be a big change and would really force me out of my comfort level, I think that would be a good thing, but it is a bit scary. I'm on the downhill side of my 30, but still the uphill side of making this a lifestyle and not just a temporary change. :)
