Woke up today with a tummy ache and just all over not feeling good, this led to not really eating, I really wanted tomato soup and grilled cheese sandwich (talk about comfort food).
B - coffee
S - coconut milk smoothie with blueberries (organic these were super duper yummy)
L - a small bowl of chili (which turned out great, I just couldn't eat much)
D - an egg w/ green chili and some chicken sausage
I'll probably head to bed early and try and shake my tummy being upset, cannot believe I'm in the single digits!
