Day 19 - Loving Life -

I anticipated being very hungry today - but to my surprise and thankfulness I wasn't.

I, of course, woke up late.  I had already made arrangements for Layla to go to Doggy Daycare (which is heaven for dogs), so I buzzed around getting ready (big interview today) and getting her ready and left the house about 20 minutes late and with breakfast ready to be heated up at work.  Ahhh but there is the problem, I was late for work and had a mysterious 7-12 meeting show up on my calender.  No time to eat, straight to the meeting, the funny thing was, I wasn't starving, I knew I was hungry, but I wasn't  dieing and I surely didn't feel like cheating, I wonder if my hunger from yesterday was all in preparation for a difficult day today?

B - Americano (I did add some coconut milk, with cinnamon and nutmeg in it - this maybe why I wasn't starving, yummy fat)
L - Greek salad with steak, no dressing, this was good.  It was my first non-grass fed steak and I will say my tummy was pretty rumbly afterwards.
S - US Wellness summer sausage with mustard and my coconut milk smoothie (finally)
D - 2 eggs, with the green chili sauce and chicken

I should note that I have been taking a tablespoon of Carson's fish oil (buy on Amazon) in the a.m. and in the p.m.  I also take a really good gluclosomine pill (let me know if you want the brand and I'll post it), this is for my old knees.  I take one HTP-5 right before bed (to help me sleep) and once my non-stevia added natural calm comes in I'll take that too!
I highly recommend taking fish oil to everyone (that isn't allergic or at war), start taking it now!  It is easy for me to take it as a liquid and Carson's isn't fishy at all, no fishy burps either.   Use the fish oil calculator on the Whole9 website, yes it will be a lot and yes you should take that much.

Layla is one pooped puppy, I don't think she has really moved since laying down on the bed.  I'm excited about Crossfit tomorrow and looking forward to a lazy, yet fun weekend!
