Today food stuff:
B - Americano - I swear I am going to do better...
L - two eggs scrambled with some salsa and a big bunch of spinach
S - walnuts and tuna (yummy)
D - Greens (same recipe as before, except no bacon (just bacon fat) and I added some spinach that was about to go bad, pepper crusted coconut crisped shrimp, and pesto sauce.
Recipes:

Pesto Sauce:
1 Cup olive oil
1 Cup walnuts
4 Garlic cloves
Salt
A bunch of basil (I used about 4 cups, could have used more)
Juice of half a lemon
In food processor, add first 4 ingredients, process until smooth, then add the last two process again. I could probably drink this (fat cravings for real).
While this was happening I was boiling eggs, making greens and rinsing my already cooked, cleaned, and peeled shrimp (it's the only way I'll buy them I had a problem once with them).
Shrimp:
Heated up some coconut oil, put pepper on shrimp, crisped the shrimp.

I went to Crossfit today, had a decent workout and am feeling pretty good!
