My Paleo food looked just like yesterdays, except I had:
Americano from Dutch Brother's, black (if you have one of these you should go to it, their coffee isn't bitter at all)
Then a couple hours after I was awake I had a hard-boiled egg, some olives, cut up red bell pepper, walnuts, and some blueberries (I had this as my afternoon snack too).
On to puppy lesson's - Layla did good, though she stops listening to me, like completely ignores me. It is a little frustrating because she will pay attention to the instructor, but it is like she tunes me out.
On a little worried note, she has a scrape on her belly by her hind leg, I don't know how she got it, I'll inspect it shortly and see if it requires some cleaning. She was super-duper whiney last night and I'm thinking she got it yesterday and couldn't get comfortable today - bummer.
I'm really working on my sleep so I'll be off to bed shortly, trying to put away time for 8.5 - 9 hours a night - that seams like a lot, but I've heard it is really important. On Tuesdays this will leave little time for reading or food prep, still need to do better on that - though I have stuff ready for the crock-pot tomorrow. Check back in because I think it will be good!
Day 3 musings -
Slept horrible last night
Energy felt ok today, though I felt a little wired
Started having those weird cravings, like I must have DQ, I want a cookie, I'm eating that whole block of blue cheese (all of this is silly and I can't wait for it to pass)
